Chef Giovanni Cozzolino

from Naples, a few years ago he joined the staff of the historic restaurant Minori, Giardiniello.

After several experiences in various Italian clubs, He settled on the Amalfi Coast, before working with the chef Antonio Genovese at Palazzo Sasso, then at Restaurant Lido Azzurro Amalfi.
