The pizzeria tradition of our restaurant goes back to its origins. Since 1955 we have established ourselves as a restaurant-pizzeria recognized for high quality. In keeping with tradition, which comes directly from our parents, the restaurant’s founders, we hold true to the dough recipe, which involves the use of special flours and contemplates a long and natural rising process.
